TIC+ provides comprehensive support services to children and young people (aged 9-25), parents and professionals, including counselling (online, remote, and face-to-face), helplines, live online sessions and training programmes for counsellors at various levels, ensuring easy access to tailored support for individuals' needs. Over the past two years, we've provided 36,528 counselling sessions, addressing various issues like depression, anxiety, and self-harm.

Volunteers join the community in early September and work through until July. They can come directly from 6th form experience or from graduation, but anyone 18+ will be considered.
