We are seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Manager to provide financial and operational oversight for our expanding church community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves Jesus, cares deeply for people, teaches Scripture clearly, and can provide spiritual and strategic leadership as the church moves into its next season.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a track record of achievement and experience as a team leader in a similar sized organisation.

Church Army's donors are vital to our future and growth as they underpin the resourcing of our frontline work.

You will take accountability for the direction, oversight and delivery of our ministry with children and young people, in the context of the church’s wider vision and mission. A key element of the role is building and supporting self-sustaining volunteer teams with the goal of growing children and young people as disciples of Jesus Christ. You will work in close partnership with the church minister as part of the staff team.
