Our work is fundamental to the growth and success of CAP, encapsulated in our Mission statement: to have a partner church in every community ready to walk alongside the poorest and most vulnerable people.

We are looking for someone to lead our youth ministry in a way that helps young people find and follow Jesus amid the realities of 21st century life.

To enable the church’s mission amongst, and discipleship of families, through leadership, encouragement and direct work with a variety of groups.

The purpose of this exciting post is to develop and lead the delivery of the children and youth work of Bearfield Church in the local community.
