This is an exciting opportunity to with families referred by the LA, facilitating support from volunteers recruited from the local church

You will take accountability for the direction, oversight and delivery of our ministry with children and young people, in the context of the church’s wider vision and mission. A key element of the role is building and supporting self-sustaining volunteer teams with the goal of growing children and young people as disciples of Jesus Christ. You will work in close partnership with the church minister as part of the staff team.

The postholder will be responsible for loving, leading and serving the congregation and mobilising its members to reach their local community.

As Events Manager, you’ll work within our Events & Advocacy team to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with ambassadors, event organisers, and partners.
