To capitalise on and consolidate our recent growth, we are seeking to appoint a full-time Operations Director. This role will be pivotal in ensuring this new growth is sustainable, strategic, and Gospel-focused.

We are looking for a dynamic team player who is passionate about creating opportunities for children and young people to explore the Bible, respond to Jesus and grow in faith, and who can inspire and equip others to do the same. 

We’re seeking a Head of Finance who shares our vision and sees a strong Finance function as core to achieving our objectives - a team player who has worked at a senior level.
