We are seeking an individual who is passionate about working with 11-18s and who, alongside a team of volunteers, will develop our youth work.

This role is focused on providing clear pathways of support which lead to positive measurable outcomes, empowering our clients to thrive in life.

The Ethos Youth Worker mentors students, tackling challenges like anxiety and self-esteem, embedding values in learning and creating safe spaces.

The Family Support Worker will partner with the School and Ethos Team to positively impact young people and their families through holistic education.

The Ethos Leader works closely with staff to impact the culture and curriculum of the school through the development of a bespoke Ethos Programme.

The Ethos Family Support Worker will work as part of the Ethos Team, in strategic partnership with the School, to positively impact young people and their families through holistic education. They will engage with and support families to help improve student outcomes.
