The Franchise Lead is key to keeping our growing organisation strong and Christian, partnering with churches to show God’s love to tenants no matter what they are facing. We are seeking a faith filled, people focused senior leader offering operational management which includes oversight of our Support Services Hub and staff team and developing commercial enterprise, to contribute to our financial resilience and resource mission.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are adaptable, skilled at communicating with a variety of visitors, and who are able to participate in services and all aspects of Cathedral life.
