The primary purpose of this post is to grow in maturity and number, the younger adults in the church by exercising leadership and discipling 25-55yr olds, predominantly. It will require an evangelistic heart that loves to pray for and engage in mission.

Leading the organisation to meet the rising demand of food poverty in Central Bedfordshire, developing a strong team of staff and volunteers in multiple locations across Central Bedfordshire, have oversight of the fund raising processes to secure funding for the operational and missional needs of the project.
