About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Pastor to take on a central leadership role at FBC, guiding us into the next phase of our mission and ministry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be actively involved in the broader life of the church, while also overseeing our thriving youth work and developing our ministry with young adults. In 2010 we built the FBC Centre, a community-focussed building at the heart of our community. We are a founding church of the Further Faster Network, a group of churches across the UK and Ireland, dedicated to helping each other grow through reaching unchurched people. We are also part of Baptists Together, belonging to the Southern Counties Baptist Association (SCBA) and a member of the Evangelical Alliance (EA).

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) and housing provision, as well as pension contribution.
