Minister for Operations

Christ Church Cockfosters is looking for a Minister for Operations to help implement the strategic direction of church life and provide operational leadership and oversight.

Requirements of the role:

• An experienced, highly relational leader with a heart for people to partner with our Elders and lead in a range of areas including operations, people, facilities, finance and systems.
• A collaborative team-builder, able to sustain unity, manage priorities and disciple those serving in our fast-paced, flexible staff team.
• A mission-driven committed follower of Jesus, in sympathy with the conservative evangelical character of Christ Church.

The role is open to ordained and non-ordained, male and female applicants (the bishop’s permission would be required for a licence).
