This is a rare and exciting opportunity with responsibility for the planning, running and development of the Central Kidz Klub, the care and development of the Central Team and for the Coordination of our Schools Work. The 2nd Line IT Support Technician serves as a primary escalation point for the IT Service Desk, responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting and subject matter expertise.
