Pioneers UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead its finance team and establish new processes and patterns of working.

We are looking for a creative problem solver with proven experience of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

A key focus of this role will be supporting the development/delivery of meaningful discipleship resources for Fruitful, our diocesan discipleship app.
