We’re seeking an HR Team Manager to provide operational line management to our HR Consultants, HR Advisors, and HR Administrators within Team Cornerstone, while also supporting the Directors in delivering key internal projects that will build the framework for our next stage of growth.

We are looking for a passionate and creative children’s worker with a heart to nurture and disciple primary aged children to join our vibrant team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves Jesus, cares deeply for people, teaches Scripture clearly, and can provide spiritual and strategic leadership as the church moves into its next season.

You will take accountability for the direction, oversight and delivery of our ministry with children and young people, in the context of the church’s wider vision and mission. A key element of the role is building and supporting self-sustaining volunteer teams with the goal of growing children and young people as disciples of Jesus Christ. You will work in close partnership with the church minister as part of the staff team.
