2026 has started with a bang and we've reached the point where we need an extra pair of hands to help us manage our continued growth.
This role is different from anything we've recruited before.
We're looking for a HR Team Manager to take operational line management of our team of the HR Consultants, HR Advisors and HR Administrators in Team Cornerstone. In addition, the role holder will support the Directors in delivering a number of internal projects that will help provide the framework we need to support the next stage of our growth journey.
This is a great opportunity to help shape Cornerstone at a pivotal time in our development.

We are flexible. We recognise that the need for HR services isn’t constant. When a customer signs up with us, they don’t sign up to a minimum contract length, and they can carry over unused time, or use it for Training and Development.

This allows our Consultants the opportunity to really get to know our customers and deliver a proactive suite of HR services based on what they really need.
Our experienced team cover all HR disciplines including Management Training, Mediation, Employee Relations, Coaching and Mentoring. We also have a growing Training and Development offering and we plan to roll out a Health & Safety offering later in 2026.
