To capitalise on and consolidate our recent growth, we are seeking to appoint a full-time Operations Director. This role will be pivotal in ensuring this new growth is sustainable, strategic, and Gospel-focused.

We are looking for a dynamic team player who is passionate about creating opportunities for children and young people to explore the Bible, respond to Jesus and grow in faith, and who can inspire and equip others to do the same. 

We are looking for a team player who can work independently and with initiative. We are a small but very friendly staff team with a much bigger volunteer team and we really enjoy the opportunities we have to meet and work together.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to cover adoption leave, likely for one year. This is a vital role in keeping BeSpace running smoothly.
