To provide professional management and leading on matters relating to operations, administration, people and compliance to a Methodist Circuit.

The Safeguarding Lead role is responsible for administering, assessing, and resolving day-to-day safeguarding incidents to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, staff and local CAP workers, working closely with external agencies as required.

Although this role is ideally hybrid, with 40-60 percent of hours worked at our Bradford offices, we would consider remote working for the right candidate

You would work closely with our leadership, supporting / uniting ministry teams with a common vision. You would also oversee the church’s operations.
