Church Leader Magazine exists to inspire and equip church leaders to lead better, brighter, and together. We'll be a trusted resource addressing the real-world challenges and opportunities of church leadership today, rooted in biblical truth, modern relevance, and deep encouragement.
The Role
We’re seeking passionate, theologically grounded volunteer writers and journalists to contribute to our print and digital content. This is an opportunity to join a growing team of storytellers committed to uplifting and empowering church leaders across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write original, high-quality articles on topics relevant to church leadership, ministry, discipleship, and contemporary faith.
- Collaborate with editors and designers to align with the magazine’s content style and visual identity.
- Conduct interviews with church leaders and ministry innovators.
- Ensure all work reflects the magazine’s tone: warm, encouraging, contemporary, and grounded in theological integrity.
- Meet editorial deadlines and respond to feedback constructively.
What We’re Looking For
- A heart for the Church and a passion for storytelling that equips and encourages leaders.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
- A collaborative, curious spirit open to learning and feedback.
- Some experience in journalism, creative writing, or ministry is ideal but not required.
