United Bible Societies (UBS) is a global fellowship dedicated to making the Bible accessible to everyone, forming a network of 156 independent Bible Societies operating in 240 countries and territories worldwide. The strategic and operational needs of the UBS members are supported by the Global Mission Team (GMT).
The People & Culture Partner plays a crucial role in the execution of the People & Culture Strategy that enables the achievement of UBSAs Strategic initiatives and organizational objectives. Partnering with Client departments in support of strategic initiatives, the People & Culture Partner advises and coaches executives, managers and employees in all elements of employee life cycle for UBSA’s GMT.
In collaboration and consultation with the Director of People, this position will support UBSA’s Executive Directors and Line managers in aligning people strategies, goals and priorities as outlined in the UBSA strategic plan and may be required to support organizational development consultants and other team members.
