Learning and Engagement Manager

We're looking for an experienced learning professional to join our committed and friendly team, to deliver our learning and engagement initiatives as part of our People, Culture & Place strategy. This pivotal role will shape how our 120 colleagues grow, develop and thrive — helping us build a motivated, skilled and kingdom-focused team. As our Learning & Engagement Manager, you'll design and deliver impactful learning programmes, create clear development pathways, champion employee voice, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.  A part-time role of between 24.5 to 28 hours per week.
