Youth Ministry Lead

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for discipling young people?

Frimley Baptist Church is looking for a Youth Ministry Lead to ignite faith, build community, and inspire the future generations of 11–18s to follow Jesus with confidence, courage, and joy. This is a calling to an important role, shaping a vibrant youth ministry that reaches beyond our church’s walls, transforming lives inside schools, families, and the wider community.

What You'll Do:
• Develop, lead and grow a compelling, faith-filled youth programme
• Build trusted relationships with young people and their families
• Mentor and develop young leaders
• Champion Christian presence in local schools
• Help create an intergenerational church culture
• Work closely with a passionate team of volunteers

What We’re Looking For:
• A committed Christian with a deep love for Jesus and young people
• A creative, relational leader with vision and initiative
• Experience in youth ministry or a related setting
• A heart for mission, discipleship, and community engagement

Full-time: 37.5 hours/week (evening & weekend work will be necessary)

It is an occupational requirement that the postholder is a committed Christian. Applicants should have the right to work and reside in the UK. The church does not sponsor work visas and does not hold a Home Office Sponsorship Licence
