We are small but growing inclusive Baptist church community based in East Leeds which itself is growing rapidly with many new housing estates being developed. We meet in an Arts centre which is based within an area of high deprivation and need in Leeds. Our members gather from across Leeds but we aim to be a beacon of light shining in the local neighbourhood and engaging with those around us and welcoming them into our church. We are a welcoming and friendly group of Christians who are looking for a minister to lead us and support us in our mission through hospitality and relationship as well as growing the church in discipleship and worship. We are Baptist in identity, valuing community, discernment, shared leadership and believer's baptism - and we hold Jesus central in all we do. Leadership and organisational skills are an asset to us but most important is your vision and heart for God.
We are seeking a minister for 3 days a week.
