We are seeking an individual who is passionate about working with 11-18s and who, alongside a team of volunteers, will develop our youth work.

Are you able to build relationships with young people aged 11-18? Can you grow and develop Christian disciples? If so…we are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, Christian Youth Leader to lead our Furness Deanery based in Cumbria.

Excellent organisational skills, ensure that key legislative obligations are met, ensure our safeguarding follows best practice.

This role is focused on providing clear pathways of support which lead to positive measurable outcomes, empowering our clients to thrive in life.

Are you a committed disciple keen to share the good news of Jesus with others within the church and community? Do you feel challenged to take up a role as a strategic leader to build and grow the ministry for Children & Young People?

• Are you an experienced missional leader with a record of church planting?
• Do you have a passion to mobilise God’s people in mission through planting new worshipping communities of missional disciples, able to reach the
people of our Diocese with the Good News of Jesus?
