A key focus of this role will be supporting the development/delivery of meaningful discipleship resources for Fruitful, our diocesan discipleship app.

We are looking for a committed Christian with a heart for serving older people and who can contribute their skills and experience to the smooth running of our residential care home for older people in Leicester.

The role is not just a job, it’s a vocation, it requires demonstrable leadership skills, resilience to strategically take forward Lighthouse Homes.
