We are seeking a new Operations Manager to join the leadership team with a committed and caring staff team and a wide range of ministry activities. This senior role plays a vital part in shaping and supporting the operational life of St George’s.

This post is responsible for the effective delivery of programmes at our London Centre, ensuring smooth operation of the wider London Centre and its’ facilities including for London Monday, London Tuesday and Teaching Weeks, offering efficient operational, administrative and office support in one of the most exciting theological institutions in the UK. 

We are looking for a Facilities Manager who can see the part our building can play in the ministry of the church.

You will support children to build strong friendships, ask big questions, and explore the Christian faith for themselves in a safe, welcoming space. You'll play a critical role in transitioning our children into our youth work, working closely with our wider Children, Youth & Families team.

We are seeking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about sharing the Christian faith with children in schools, churches and community settings.
