The Director of Strategy & Operations partners with the Lead Pastor to develop strategies, systems, and structures that advance the church’s mission and growth. They foster a missional culture, oversee operations and projects, and ensure collaboration across ministries, enabling the Lead Pastor to focus on spiritual leadership and ministry priorities.
