Could you be called to champion our vision for New Worshipping Communities in the Diocese of Worcester?
The Diocese of Worcester is on our journey of transformation, helping to grow God’s Kingdom in Worcestershire and Dudley. We are seeking a strategic programme lead who can inspire and build communities; your mission will be to collaboratively build 100 new worshipping communities (NWCs) across our diocese by 2030. In this exciting role, you will join a close knit, friendly team who are passionate about driving transformation and take the lead on:

- Overseeing and evolving learning communities, bringing inspiration and innovation to the table of our lay and ordained leaders
- Promote culture change so that NWCs are recognised as authentic, equal expressions of Christian community
If you are a person that has experience of starting, leading, or supporting New Worshipping Communities, Fresh Expressions, or pioneering projects then we would like to hear from you. Ideally you will bring your leadership and project planning skills together with your heart for mission. If you are inspired to apply, we will be pleased to speak to you about the role. Call for an informal chat with Ian Thompson on 01905 732822. The Diocese of Worcester is a great place to work with excellent holiday allowances and a very good pension.
