Christian Union Staff Worker

Could you help students unite around the gospel and bring their friends to Christ?  UCCF have Christian Union Staff Worker (CUSW) vacancies nationwide for August 2024 start.

Many thousands of students have come to know and love Jesus Christ through Christian Unions (CUs).  CUs are led and made up of Higher Education students.  CUSWs work directly with students; training and equipping CU leaders, standing alongside CU members as they reach out to their university, and encouraging them to get involved with local churches.  The strengths CUSWs bring to the role vary, but at the heart of the work are skills to help students think and live biblically and the ability to disciple, motivate and influence students to share the gospel.

CUSWs are part of a regional team and supported by their regional Team Leader.  They partake in UCCF's Staff Training Programme and attend conferences designed to help them effectively engage with student mission.

The salary for CUSWs is £24,503 pa. Holiday allowance is 30 days per year, plus the 8 public holidays. The role will commence on 19 August 2024.
