Demonstrating leadership abilities, the Quality Systems Manager will champion Turbocam UK’s mission and values—promoting integrity, ownership, respect, teamwork, and excellence. You’ll drive operational excellence and continual improvement across our ISO9001 and AS9100 systems, collaborate globally with our USA team, and help shape a culture where quality, purpose, and innovation thrive.

Bring Your Expertise
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven leadership in Quality Systems and Assurance; at least five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably engineering) and a strong understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 systems. You will be degree qualified (or equivalent), a Certified Internal Auditor, and confident working with QMS/ERP systems and analytical tools. You will also demonstrate the ability to inspire and develop a small team, managing performance fairly while fostering a positive, values-driven environment.
