Youth Pastor – TFW Church, Macclesfield

Are you passionate about empowering young people and guiding them on their faith journey? Do you have a heart to inspire the next generation? Join our team at TFW Church in Macclesfield, Cheshire, as we seek an enthusiastic Youth Pastor to lead and expand our thriving youth ministry.

About Us

TFW is a vibrant, non-denominational church of approximately 300 people on the north side of Macclesfield, which is experiencing an exciting season of growth. Our Youth program is flourishing, with eager participants ranging from 11 to 18 years old. We offer Sunday morning groups, a Sunday evening youth service, and midweek activities tailored to different age groups. We are seeking the right person to build on the great work that is already happening. As a church we are evangelical and charismatic in practice, with a high view of scripture and a healthy reliance on the work of the Holy Spirit. We are missional in our vision, reaching our town and wider area with the gospel, as well as supporting the work of missions globally. 

Our staff team comprises our Lead Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Operations Manager, and CAP Debt Coach.  As Youth Pastor you will add your gifts and talents to this team, reporting to the Lead Pastor and Assistant Pastor.

The position is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practicing Christian (Equality Act 2010, Part 1, Schedule 9). They will also need to become a worshipping member of TFW Church (if not already) to ensure consistency in our vision and our charitable objective of advancing the Christian faith.
