Marketing and Events Coordinator

Oak Hill College is seeking a creative and organised individual to join our newly formed Engagement Team as a Marketing & Events Officer. In a role which can be shaped around your skill-set, you'll work with our team to manage our digital presence, develop engaging content, and help us plan and run events.
Oak Hill College is a theological college which exists for healthy churches. We help train and sustain Christlike leaders who are trustworthy with God’s word, love people - both those in their care and the lost - and lead with skill and wisdom. This is our passion, commitment and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the new Director of Engagement to outwork our marketing strategy on a variety of channels including our website and social media
- Basic content production, including basic short video, photography and podcast recording
- Organising and managing events for both prospective and current students, including the administration of our new CPD courses
- Working alongside our Admissions Manager to serve all prospective students with excellent customer service
Hours
Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week, 52 weeks per annum. Some overtime will be required in busy times of the year and for attending events, with time-off in lieu provided. You will be given 24 days holidays plus statutory bank holidays.

There is opportunity for hybrid working within this role, please discuss your preference with us. Your work/life balance is important to us. Free on-site parking is provided when you work from College, and an excellent free lunch during term time.
Salary
£28,000 to £32,000 – depending on experience, with a generous matched pension scheme. We also have a life assurance scheme.
Start Date
From September 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter.
