To help bring this vision to life, we are now recruiting for a new role within our Diocesan Education team: Encounter Project Manager
The Encounter Project Manager will be the strategic lead for the Encounter Project, overseeing this work of archdeaconry teams deployed across the diocese, to double the number of young active disciples and ensuring there is a thriving CYP ministry within reach of every young person.
There is an occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a practising Christian, in accordance with Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
We would welcome applications from those with previous experience in Youth Ministry Programme Management.
An enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for the successful candidate.
