Youth and Young Adults’ Worker

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual, who loves God, is led by the Holy Spirit, and is passionate about young people, to work alongside our pastoral team at our exciting church in inner-city Manchester. Our church is a community of people who share a common hope – that we will follow Jesus and live our everyday, ordinary lives in the light of the resurrection, here and now.

This role has been created to:

✔    To maintain and develop the youth and young adults’ work that takes place within the church with the aim of seeing youth and young adults coming to know Christ and to grow holistically.
✔    To lead, support, and develop the existing volunteer teams including identifying areas for improvement or growth within the current structures.
✔    As a co-worker to be a participant in the pastoral team structure – enabling better ministry, development, and creative responses to the needs of our youth and young adults, and to contribute their voice to the church’s vision. 
✔    To undertake relevant and mandatory training and development for your spiritual and professional formation.
