At Green Pastures, we believe homelessness has no place in our world. For 25 years, we’ve been providing safe homes, life-changings support, and sharing the hope of Jesus with those in need.
We’re looking for a Trainee Partnership Manager — someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real difference. You’ll join our passionate team and be supported as you develop the skills to equip, encourage, and walk alongside our local church and charity partners, who are providing homes and hope across the Midlands

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
As a Trainee Partnership Manager, you’ll begin an exciting journey to learn how to equip, support, and inspire our local church and charity partners across the Midlands, as they provide homes for people overcoming homelessness, addiction, and hardship.
You’ll work closely with experienced team members, developing the skills and confidence to walk alongside incredible organisations—helping them grow as they create safe homes where people find stability, dignity, and hope.
