We are recruiting a faith-filled Operations Manager to lead alongside the Team Rector and clergy leadership team within the emerging Larger Parish of Christ our Light, Liverpool. This key role contributes to a wider strategic Diocesan aim to change the way we organise ourselves at parish level and the way we prioritise our time and resources for mission, pastoral care and governance. The new parish will be made up of 6 existing single parishes (9 local churches) across South Liverpool. This new to role will provide strategic operational and administrative management to the release clergy and lay leaders to thrive in their mission and ministry.
Key objectives of the role will be to:
- Develop and implement an ambitious plan for growth and financial stability for the parish
- Recruit, set up and cost an operational support services team
- Develop and oversee administrative and IT infrastructure
- Oversee buildings and statutory compliance across the larger parish
We believe that this is a crucial appointment in our vision for growth, and we are praying for the right person to lead our support services team in this way.
