Operations Lead

We’re looking for an Operations Lead to provide management & leadership in key operational functions. This is a practical, people-focused role that brings together vision, leadership and organisation.

It’s about creating frameworks and developing teams that enable our church activities to run efficiently and serve people well, where excellence reflects our values, and where everyday processes enable life transformation to happen.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead, grow and inspire many of the people, teams and volunteers that facilitate the life of the church

• Build strong working relationships across multiple locations and delegate key operational responsibilities

• Ensure our plans and infrastructure are developed and grown to facilitate the vision; and sustain future growth across our 3 sites and beyond

• Take a proactive lead on our legal, regulatory and governance policies and practices

• Oversee our Ops staff team and various volunteer roles, to enable high quality event planning (including the practicalities of our Sunday meetings), AV/production, administration, and more...as well as recruitment and training of new volunteers

• Deliver and contribute to our broader Operations Strategy.
