We are looking for a dedicated Fundraising Co-ordinator to join our team. In this key role, you’ll provide vital support to our fundraising efforts, ensuring excellent stewardship of supporters while helping to drive the funding strategy for existing and new ministry projects.

What You’ll Do:

As part of our TOGETHER (Fundraising, Sales and Marketing) team, you will:

  • Process donations accurately and manage Gift Aid declarations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with supporters by sending thank-you letters, making donor phone calls, and responding to queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of fundraising materials and packs to inspire and equip supporters.
  • Update and manage data in the CRM system, running reports and ensuring dashboards are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Attend and support events, conferences, and festivals, assisting with logistics and representing Youth for Christ to donors and partners.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to support appeals and campaigns through effective marketing and communications.

  • Has experience with CRM systems or is eager to develop these skills.

£26,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full time (5 days per week, 36.25 hrs) with occasional evening, overnight, or weekend work. This role can also be offered on a part-time basis.
Location: Head Office, Halesowen (hybrid/remote working considered).
Holiday + Perks: 20 days + 3 concessionary days + birthday day off, plus 8% pension contribution.
