Schools Worker - Harrow

We are seeking to appoint one full time and one part time Schools Worker from September 2024. 

Re:generation seeks to introduce the Christian faith to children in the London Borough of Harrow and does this by direct contact in schools in collaboration with partner churches. We are seeking to grow this work by enhancing our relationship with our partner schools, supporting them in their work, engaging with schools that we do not currently visit and by further supporting and developing the network of local church workers and volunteers.  

To do this we require 2 dynamic and motivated individuals to work primary and lower secondary range. A clear ability to communicate and coordinate with a wide range of people is essential. We are looking for people who are innovative and can help develop digital resources. Although there will be direct involvement with children and young people, we are seeking a person who is confident to delegate, envision, equip, train others and multiply the ministry. 

Full time: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £29,000 p.a 

Part time 22.5 hours per week  Salary: £17,400 p.a.

There is a Genuine Occupational requirement (GOR) that the job holder must be a practising Christian who lives its ethos and teachings, in order to teach the Christian Faith with conviction and integrity.
