Facilities and Site Manager
Oak Hill College
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities and Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our 60-acre residential theological college campus in North London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a hands-on approach for someone who can manage both routine operations and unexpected challenges with equal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Director of Operations and Finance (DOF) to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all college buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. This includes line management of staff and contractors.
- Being the College’s Health and Safety ‘Competent Person’, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Developing and enforcing campus-wide safety policies and procedures.
- Optimise the use of site to meet the needs of academic and administrative functions, while also aiming to maximise income generation.
- Share the responsibility of the out-of-hours Principal Duty Manager with the DOF.

Hours
Full Time – 40 hrs per week, 52 weeks per annum. You will be given 24 days of holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
Salary
£40,000 to £46,000 – depending on experience, with a generous matched pension scheme. We also have a life assurance scheme.
