Site Leader

Lifecentral Church is growing at a rapid rate, we are engaging with, reaching, baptising, serving, supporting and discipling more and more people. To help facilitate this growth, we are recruiting a new Site Leader for our Bromsgrove site. In this role you will help people find Jesus by providing visible leadership our growing site, coordinating volunteer groups and helping to ensure that the culture remains in line with the wider Lifecentral church.

Key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Purpose and Objectives:

• To lead a site of Lifecentral church in its mission to help people find and follow Jesus  
• To help foster effective links in the community that enable mission to happen 
   

Primary Responsibilities:

• To lead the core team 
• To ensure the culture and values of Lifecentral are upheld and developed 
• To oversee the operations of the site delivering the key indicators and measures agreed 
• To ensure people have access to all they need in order to thrive 
• To liaise with the Lead Pastor and relevant central staff ensuring the site maintains effective connections with the wider Lifecentral church 
   

Terms:
This role is a part time role on a flexible contract (16 hours) 
Annual leave 25 days (pro rata) per year plus bank holidays 
Salary level is depending on experience (£22.5k - 25k p.a, pro rata)
 

Person specifications:
This person should have a dynamic and personal relationship with Jesus and display good self-leadership, being able to prioritise their own health and well-being
This person should have a level of relevant training and experience
This person should possess the core characteristics we aspire to, namely; Humble - Teachable - Curious - Intentional

This person should work well in a team and display emotional and relational intelligence 
This person should have a level of IT skills as required

Lifecentral Church is an ELIM Church based in Halesowen, West Midlands. We are growing rapidly with 1000 people gathering across our sites each Sunday. Our main locations are in Halesowen and Hagley with microsites in Cleobury Mortimer and Bromsgrove as well as our Online Campus.
