Kendal Network Youth Church (£29826 plus 15% employers pension Contribution)

We are seeking a Full time Pioneering Youth Worker to spearhead a new Network Youth Church initiative in the deanery that is the home to the world-famous Kendal Mint Cake. Are you a self-starter with the ability to: 

- Break new ground and form real (not fake) relationships with young people that grow into effective ministry

- Grow Fresh Expressions of Church with young people

- Support and build a team at all levels, with young leaders, volunteers and in the Steering Group

- Work with a local steering group and a network of agencies and churches to develop a cohesive strategy to engage young people across a diverse area
