Job opportunity: Outreach Coordinator at Teen Challenge Strathclyde

Accountable to – Chairperson of Teen Challenge Strathclyde

Hours – 25 per week, 3-year contract, with a view to extending the work. Salary - £13 per hour

Teen Challenge Strathclyde is committed to reaching communities of people affected by drugs and alcohol with a message of hope. We specialise in outreaching to people before supporting them to residential rehabilitation.

In the role of Outreach Coordinator, you will visit Teen Challenge community outreach hubs to support outreach, and you will demonstrate significant experience in volunteer recruitment, retention and management.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience of the impact of addiction, who is resilient, with excellent people skills.

As Teen Challenge Strathclyde is a Christian organisation, this post carries an Occupational Requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder be a Christian.
