Programmes and Administration: multiple new roles
Location: Bridgend, Wales with opportunity for home and flexible working
Indicative salary: FTE £22,608 – £26,069, depending on experience
Contract type: Full-time or part-time

We want to fill several new roles in administration across Union’s ministry, including in our School’s academic programmes and in Union Scholars.
Duties
- Serve across Union’s ministry, contributing to the administration of programmes and assessment management, as well as handling application admissions for Union School of Theology and Union Scholars using a student management system
- Communicate with students and teachers to ensure smooth calendar operations
- Foster a collaborative working approach with internal and external staff, liaising effectively across Union’s various teams
- Use IT resources effectively, manage data and handle data submissions
- Take minutes, schedule and send emails, and assist with event administration
Requirements
- Effective team player with a high level of professionalism
- Pro-active self-starter, able to prioritise workload
- Multi-tasker with an eye for detail
- Capable and confident administrator with good IT ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in using HE IT systems and data management is desirable
Occupational Requirement
Since this post involves supporting the ministry of Union, there is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder be a practising Christian in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Union. A DBS check will also be required.
