Pioneer Youth Worker

Cutteslowe Connected Church are seeking someone who:

• Loves Jesus and wants to help young people grow in their love for Jesus.
• Enjoys pioneering and being part of new ministries
• Is excited about incarnational mission on estates (where you live, work, and worship within a community.)

Cutteslowe Connected Church is a small evangelical church plant which is seeking to reach the people of Cutteslowe for Jesus, we meet in a school hall for a weekly worship service, this is informal in style, with bible teaching, modern worship, and open prayer.

This pioneer youth worker role will be an integral and integrated part of the church, whilst leading, envisioning, training and supporting a small group of volunteers who facilitate the under 18’s mission and ministry for a growing church plant.

We are seeking someone who loves working creatively with young people and wants to see God’s kingdom come, helping grow a church plant.

St Andrew’s Church has had a long history (20 years) of youth work in the Cutteslowe area. Although in this season the work is currently small, this role’s purpose would be to embed young people throughout the worshiping life of the church plant and to grow the local youth ministry through the great opportunities that we have through our brilliant relationships with local schools and community centre.
