Having secured Degree Awarding Powers in September 2022, Spurgeon’s College is in the process of delivering its strategic plan of becoming a Baptist University.

As part of this strategic plan, the College is looking to recruit part time and/or full-time faculty members to teach Practical Theology, Church History and Christian Doctrine.

The College is open to creative conversations about how these roles may be filled in terms of the hours commitments and has the budget to appoint multiple full time, and/or part time roles.

The candidate(s) will be expected to participate fully in the life of the College community.

It is a genuine occupational requirement that the post holder is a Christian.
