Events Volunteer

Every year, we rely on teams of brilliant volunteers at events like Spring Harvest and New Wine. If you enjoy meeting new people and have been inspired by the testimonies of those most persecuted, then we want to hear from you! You could be just the person we need to represent Open Doors at our next event.

What you will be doing:

• Communicating with people about the work of Open Doors
• Setting up and manning an exhibition stand
• Encouraging individuals to sign up for Open Doors communications or pray, give or volunteer their time.

The skills and characteristics you’ll need:

• A passion for Jesus
• A willingness to serve
• Good communication skills and a friendly and approachable manner.

What we’ll give you

We’ll equip you with the very latest news and resources, so you can inspire others to stand alongside those hit hardest by persecution.

Each year we run volunteer training days to get you fully prepped for an event. Food and accommodation are also included.
