Youth Worker

We are looking for a full time worker (37 hours per week)  with experience of leading youth work to help us make and nurture young disciples of Jesus from Thursday 1 September, 2022. This is a fixed term role for a period of 3 years (temporary funding).

The successful candidate will: 

• be based in the churches within the Halewood and Hunts Cross United Benefice and Trinity Church in Page Moss, in the borough of Knowsley, working in an Anglican-Methodist partnership in both communities;
• be responsible for the youth ministry and a team of volunteers within the Halewood and Hunts Cross United Benefice and Trinity Church (Methodist/Anglican LEP), Page Moss, and supporting youth work in other Circuit churches when required;
• communicate and build faith creatively in churches;
• share faith through intergenerational community events.

There are opportunities for the successful applicant to develop the role in local schools and Circuit churches
