Equipping Christian Leadership in an Age of Science

Provide administrative support for the Durham-based Project Manager and Programme Coordinator

• Assist with budgets, planning, and correspondence related to ECLAS programmes.

• Archive records for the project including agendas and minutes, reports, budgets and other project documents.

• Enable Strand C –  Scientists in Congregations. This will involve the advertising of the programme, co-ordinating the advisory panel and their judging of awards, communicating with applicants and awardees, co-ordinating disbursement of awards, and the planning and administration of conferences specific for this strand.

• Liaise with St John’s Finance team to keep track of spending in real time.

• Assist team members in the preparation of reimbursement paperwork.

• Assist with logistics for senior leadership conferences (3-5 per year). This will involve drafting agendas, sending invitations, corresponding with delegates, and liaising with venues.

• Support other ECLAS team members in project activities as needed.
