Carers Connected Volunteer Host

Carers Connected (set up by the Christian charity, Embracing Age) supports informal carers via weekly online zoom sessions, lasting one hour, which include time for sharing experiences, chat, often a poem or song with a Christian theme, and always prayer for one another at the end.

We are seeking a couple of new volunteers to join our dedicated team of hosts, who work in pairs to facilitate our gatherings.

• Are you a committed Christian?
• Do you have empathy with carers?
• Are you comfortable leading a group in prayer and conversation? 

Training and support will be provided. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, to serve, and to show God’s love to those in need.  Please get in touch if you are interested.
