Youth Worker

We are looking for a youth worker to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a you worker with a passion for mission and ministry amongst young people, a gift for growing the church, and the drive to try new things to bring a diversity of young people to encounter God.
The role will be key in our cluster of churches that serves Camborne and the wider area. It will focus on building thriving ministries to young people; proactively take mission into our communities where young people are; and to work with colleagues as part of the church team to provide practical and pastoral support with a focus on young people. This role also includes an active role in the chaplaincy to our local secondary school.
You will have:

- The gifts to lead and develop a thriving ministry geared towards young people.
- The ability to lead on missional outreach towards young people in the community.
- A desire to see the discipleship, growth and spiritual development of young people in Cornwall.

There is an occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a Christian.
