Christ Central Redhill is looking for a gifted and enthusiastic Children’s Worker to join our vibrant staff team for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in nurturing the next generation in their journey with Jesus.
You'll spend your first two weeks working closely with our current Children’s Ministry Lead before she goes on leave, giving you the chance to settle in and gain valuable insight into the role and our church community.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine heart for children and families, and a calling to see them thrive spiritually
• Brings energy, creativity and fun to every aspect of their ministry
• Communicates the gospel in interactive and engaging ways
• Understands the importance of safeguarding
• Has experience in leading or serving in children’s ministry
